GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta has awarded the Guildmaster Award every year since 2005 to those who have achieved excellence in contracting, remodeling, and home building. The Kitchen Master is proud to be a recipient of the 2016 Guildmaster Award. How We Do It

In order for a company to be considered for the Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviews thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates. GuildQuality monitors the percentage of two primary metrics: first, the percentage of customers who would recommend your business, and second, the total percentage of customers who responded. In order to be considered eligible for a Guildmaster Award, a business must have more than 20 customer service surveys, and if they have fewer than 20 surveys, a minimum survey response rate of 70 percent. The required minimum response rate decreases as a candidate’s survey feedback increases—for instance, if a candidate has 35 responses, their required response rate is only 66 percent
