Our designer immediately pointed out all the little things I hated about my master bath before I could volunteer them. Tom (project manager) and everyone else I dealt with had great attention to detail, provided great design advise and had excellent communication – available by email and phone, plus you can see day by day progress through their nifty web portal. Jobs were completed expediently, with basically zero punch list items.
